Pre-season and friendlies

On 29 May, Forest announced their first pre-season friendly, against Notts County.[102] A week later, a trip to Netherlands to face PSV Eindhoven was also confirmed.[103] On 14 June, two more friendlies against European sides Rennes and Eintracht Frankfurt were also added.[104] Two behind-closed-doors in Spain were next to be confirmed, against Valencia and Levante.[105]
