Albany Township is located in Whiteside County, Illinois. As of the 2020 census, its population was 1,041 and it contained 486 housing units.[1]
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 12.84 square miles (33.3 km2), of which 12.35 square miles (32.0 km2) (or 96.18%) is land and 0.49 square miles (1.3 km2) (or 3.82%) is water.[2]
