Arthur Berney

Arthur L. Berney (August 12, 1930 – March 31, 2020) was an American legal scholar who was a professor emeritus at the Boston College Law School. Berney taught courses in constitutional law, communications, and National Security Law.^[1] He died at his home in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on March 31, 2020, at the age of 89.^[2]
