Boğazlıyan is a town in Yozgat Province in the Central Anatolia region of Turkey. It is the seat of Boğazlıyan District.[2] Its population is 18,791 (2022).[1] Its elevation is 1,066 m (3,497 ft).[3]

Climate

Boğazlıyan has a dry-summer humid continental climate (Köppen: Dsb), bordering a cold semi-arid climate (Köppen: BSk)[4] with warm, dry summers and cold winters.
