The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Swat is an educational governmental body in Malakand Division, which conducts the exams, assign duties, and register the educational institutes in the region.It is headed By Alyan Hussain as secretary and Muhammad Ishaq as chairman.

The board came into existence in 1991,two years later of the split of combined Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Peshawar for the entire province. It is located in Kokrai, on the marghazar Salampur road Swat.The board aims to be one of the best boards in the country and in the world whilst maintaining a cheating free environment while conducting exams;But there have been numerous cases of cheating reported by local media outlets from time to time.^{[citation needed]}
