Bob Ringwood (born 25 November 1946) is a retired British costume designer. He is perhaps best known for creating the stillsuits in David Lynch's Dune (1984) and supervising the fabrication of the batsuit featured in Tim Burton's Batman (1989).[1][2] Ringwood has been nominated two times, for Empire of the Sun (1987) and Troy (2004), for the Academy Award for Best Costume Design.
