Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş. is an anchor bottler and a part of the Coca-Cola System. It is 50.3% owned by Anadolu Efes, 20.1% owned by The Coca-Cola Company, 3.7% owned by Özgörkey Holding, and the remaining 25.9% publicly traded on the Turkish stock exchanges.[2] It is the 5th largest bottler in the Coca-Cola System in terms of sales volume.[1] The company is headquartered in Istanbul.
The company operates thirty factories in eleven countries,[3] bottling Coca-Cola products in Azerbaijan, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan,[4][5] Syria, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Bangladesh,[6] and Jordan, as well as its home country of Turkey.
The company is included at the BIST Sustainability Index as of November 2015.[7]

CCI will acquire a 49.7% stake in its subsidiary Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan Ltd from The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC; A/Stable) for USD300 million. The Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan Ltd stake will increase CCI's ownership of the subsidiary to 99.34% and is aimed at streamlining the group's structure following its first stake acquisition in 2008.
