Dowlatabad (Persian: دولتاباد)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Dowlatabad Rural District[4] of the Central District of Ravansar County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 398 in 104 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 353 people in 105 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 326 people in 103 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
