Impax Environmental Markets

Impax Environmental Markets is an investment trust focused on environmental companies in North America, Europe and Asia was launched in 2002.[1] It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.[2] The chairman is Glen Suarez.[3] The fund was co-managed by Bruce Jenkyn-Jones and Charles French until the former retired, leaving French in sole position, in April 2025.[4] The company holds regular continuation votes to confirm that shareholders wish it to continue in its current form, or to wind up.[5]
