Jennat Rudbar Rural District (Persian: دهستان جنت رودبار)[3] is in Dalkhani District of Ramsar County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Jennat Rudbar.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the Central District) was 627 in 261 households.[6] There were 785 inhabitants in 294 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 551 in 247 households. The most populous of its 46 villages was Jennat Rudbar, with 174 people.[2]

After the census, Chehel Shahid and Jennat Rudbar Rural Districts were separated from the district in the establishment of Dalkhani District.[4]
