Lamar Lavante Lathon (born December 23, 1967) is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL).[1] He played college football for the Houston Cougars and was selected by the Houston Oilers in the first round of the 1990 NFL Draft. Lathon played eight seasons in the league.[2] He last played in 1998 with the Carolina Panthers.[3]
