Condiments and sauces

Main ingredients are coriander, bird's eye chili, garlic, different herbs, hạt dổi and mắc khén (Indian prickly ash; a variety of Sichuan pepper). There are different types of chẳm chéo as well. Eaten with vegetables, meats, and sometimes fruit.
