- ^ McDougall was originally buried at Laurel Hill Cemetery in San Francisco, and subsequently re-interred at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park.[2]
- ^ Latham and his wife Sophie were originally buried at Laurel Hill Cemetery in San Francisco, and subsequently re-interred at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park in 1940.[6]
