- Southernmost point: intersection of Amman-Tabuk railway with Jordan/Saudi Arabian border, Ma'an Governorate: 29°11′N 36°04′E / 29.183°N 36.067°E / 29.183; 36.067
- Easternmost point: border with Iraq and Saudi Arabia, Mafraq Governorate: 32°14′N 39°17′E / 32.233°N 39.283°E / 32.233; 39.283
