Madrone is a census-designated place in Valencia County, New Mexico, United States. Its population was 707 as of the 2010 census.[4] New Mexico State Road 304 passes through the community.
Geography
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the community has an area of 3.080 square miles (7.98 km2), all land.[4]

Education
Its school district is Belén Consolidated Schools.[6] Belén High School is the district's comprehensive high school.
