Moreland, Arkansas

35°22′03″N 92°55′59″W / 35.36750°N 92.93306°W / 35.36750; -92.93306Moreland is an unincorporated community in Moreland Township, Pope County, Arkansas, United States.[1]
Moreland was known as "Cross Plains" or "Isbel Creek"[1] before it was renamed "Moreland" after a stagecoach passenger observed that the community would need "more land".[2]
