Na tinombur
Indonesian traditional fish dish
Na tinombur is a typical Batak dish from Tapanuli, North Sumatra, Indonesia.
Dishes that use catfish or fish is processed mujahir burned and served with chili sauce, similar to lele penyet atau pecel lele.
