Park Central Towers is a complex of two skyscrapers currently under construction in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. The first building, the Park Central South Tower is already topped-off.

History

The project for the Park Central Towers was publicly announced in August 2016 by its developer Ayala Land. It was placed under the Ayala Land Premier brand.[1]

The first building to be built was the Park Central South Tower.[1] The South Tower was topped out on October 21, 2022.[2]

Architecture and design

The Park Central South Tower is a 69-storey residential skyscraper with a height of 248 metres (814 ft). It was designed by Singaporean firm SCDA Design by Soo Chan, in collaboration with Philippine firm Leandro V. Locsin Partners.[2] A second tower is to be built.
