53°54′27″N 18°44′52″E / 53.90750°N 18.74778°E / 53.90750; 18.74778Pomyje [pɔˈmɨjɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pelplin, within Tczew County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Pelplin, 22 km (14 mi) south of Tczew, and 52 km (32 mi) south of the regional capital Gdańsk. It is located within the ethnocultural region of Kociewie in the historic region of Pomerania.
Pomyje was a private church village of the monastery in Pelplin, administratively located in the Tczew County in the Pomeranian Voivodeship of the Polish Crown.[2]
