Pouilley-Français (French pronunciation: [pujɛ fʁɑ̃sɛ]) is a commune in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in eastern France. This village is close to the Jura and Haute-Saône departments.

The commune lies 7 km (4.3 mi) southwest of Besançon.
