Ranchi Institute of Neuropsychiatry and Allied Sciences (RINPAS) is an unaided government run medical college in Ranchi, Jharkhand.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6]^[7]^[8] It is one of the oldest tertiary care centers in Eastern India.^[9]
