The Russian Maoist Party (RMP; Russian: Российская маоистская партия, РМП) is a Marxist–Leninist–Maoist party in the Russian Federation. It was established on June 9, 2000.

Ideology

The RMP adopts anti-revisionist positions. The party accepts the legacy of the Russian Social Democratic Labour Party, and the Communist Party of the Soviet Union until 1953, disapproving of the policies of De-Stalinization, carried out by Nikita Khrushchev. They also accept the legacy of the Chinese Communist Party up until 1976, following the Death of Mao Zedong, and the ensuing Chinese economic reforms carried out by Deng Xiaoping. The party considers the succeeding regimes of Nikita Khrushchev and Leonid Brezhnev to be social-imperialist, and the post-Soviet regimes of Boris Yeltsin and Vladimir Putin to be totalitarian continuations of the Soviet revisionist regime.[1]

The party formerly had fraternal relations with the Maoist Internationalist Movement and currently with the International Conference of Marxist-Leninist Parties and Organizations, also RMP is known as member of the International Coordination of Revolutionary Parties and Organizations.
