Saint-Vivien-de-Medoc (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ vivjɛ̃ medɔk]; Occitan: Sent Bebian de Medòc) is a commune in the Gironde department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France.

It is located approximately 75 km (47 mi) northwest of Bordeaux. It was the site of an important action in Operation Frankton in December 1942.[3]
