Sambuco is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 100 kilometres (62 mi) southwest of Turin and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) west of Cuneo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 92 and an area of 46.8 square kilometres (18.1 sq mi).[3]

Sambuco borders the following municipalities: Canosio, Demonte, Marmora, Pietraporzio, and Vinadio.
