Tiger nut fufu
Tiger nut fufu is a Nigerian food made from tiger nuts, the major ingredients are tiger nut flour 19 and all purpose flour . The two flours are mixed together until smooth.[1]
Origin
Tiger nut is gotten from Egypt before the tubers are found in Asia, European and African countries. [2][3]
