USL Pro Iowa is a proposed American professional soccer club located in Des Moines, Iowa. The club is planned to debut in the USL Championship in 2025.[1][2] The team plans to play its games in a brand-new soccer-specific stadium.[1][3]
Despite initially announcing plans for the stadium in 2019 with a 2022 start date and multiple government aid packages,[4] the team has been delayed repeatedly and as of July 2023 was seeking additional subsidies.[5]
