39°27′26.60″N 79°36′9.90″W / 39.4573889°N 79.6027500°W / 39.4573889; -79.6027500[1]WFSP-FM is a classic hits and oldies formatted broadcast radio station.[3] The station is licensed to Kingwood, West Virginia and serves Kingwood and Morgantown in West Virginia and Oakland in Maryland.[1][2] WFSP-FM is owned by David Wills and operated under their WFSP Radio, LLC. licensee.[1]

On June 6, 2013, WFSP-FM and sister station WFSP were sold to Kingwood-based WFSP Radio, LLC for $500,000.[8][9] The sale was closed on September 30, 2013.[10]
