Yan Meiling (born 14 January 1997) is a Chinese rugby sevens player.[1] She competed in the women's tournament at the 2020 Summer Olympics.[2][3] She represented China at the 2022 Rugby World Cup Sevens in Cape Town.[4]

In 2024, she competed for China in the World Rugby Sevens Challenger Series; her side won the first round of the series which took place in Dubai.[5][6] She featured in the second leg of the Series and scored a try in China's win against Argentina in Montevideo.[7]
