Arthur Rackham (Londres, 1867ko irailaren 19a - Limpsfield, Surrey, 1939ko irailaren 6a) ingeles ilustratzailea izan zen. Britainiar liburuen ilustrazioaren Urrezko Aroko artista garrantzitsuenetako bat izan zen.

Lambetheko Arte Eskolan ikasi zuen eta 1892an berriemaile eta ilustratzaile lanetan hasi zen Westminster Budgeten. 1893an argitaratu zituen bere lehen liburu-ilustrazioak. Berritzailea izan zen arkatzaren eta tintaren erabilera akuarelekin konbinatuz. Koloretako Rip Van Winkle liburuko ilustrazioak mugarri izan ziren koloreen bidez bereizitako inprimatze-sistemaren ondorioz. Bere lanik ezagunenak Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens liburukoak dira.
