Le Tournoi de Hong Kong de rugby à sept 2000 (anglais : Hong Kong Sevens 2000) est la 8^e étape la saison 1999-2000 du IRB Sevens World Series. Elle se déroule les 24 et 26 mars 2000 au Hong Kong Stadium à Hong Kong, en Chine. La victoire finale revient à l'équipe de Nouvelle-Zélande, battant en finale l'équipe des Fidji sur le score de 31 à 5^[1].
