Era Stagnasi (bahasa Rusia: Период застоя, Periode Stagnasi, juga disebut Stagnasi Brezhnevian) adalah periode dalam sejarah Uni Soviet yang dimulai pada masa pemerintahan Leonid Brezhnev (1964–1982) dan berlanjut di bawah masa pemerintahan Yuri Andropov (1982–1984) dan Konstantin Chernenko (1984–1985).[1] Istilah "Era Stagnasi" dicetuskan oleh Mikhail Gorbachev dalam rangka menyebut cara negatif di mana ia memandang kebijakan ekonomi, politik dan sosial pada masa tersebut.[2]
