Eugene Victor Debs, atau Eugene V. Debs (lahir tanggal 5 November 1855 - meninggal tanggal 20 Oktober 1926) adalah seorang aktivis pendiri Serikat Pekerja Industri Dunia (Industrial Workers of the World) yang memiliki peran dalam upaya pembebasan Perbudakan Upah di Amerika. Semasa hidupnya, Debs pernah lima kali menjadi kandidat presiden Amerika Serikat yang diusung oleh Partai Sosialis Amerika Serikat, yaitu pada tahun 1900, 1904, 1908, 1912, dan 1920. Melalui pencalonanya, Debs dianggap sebagai seorang politisi berhaluan sosialis yang populer di Amerika Serikat.[1][2]
