Henry Morgenthau (/ˈmɔːrɡəntaʊ/; 26 April 1856 – 25 November 1946) adalah seorang pengacara dan pengusaha Amerika kelahiran Jerman, terkenal karena perannya sebagai duta besar untuk Kesultanan Utsmaniyah selama Perang Dunia I. Morgenthau adalah salah satu orang Amerika paling terkemuka yang berbicara tentang genosida Yunani dan genosida Armenia[1] di antaranya dia menyatakan, "Saya sangat yakin bahwa ini adalah kejahatan terbesar sepanjang masa".[2]
