Herbert Henry Asquith, 1st Earl of Oxford and Asquith, KG, PC, KC, FRS (12 September 1852 – 15 Februari 1928), yang lebih umum disebut H. H. Asquith, adalah seorang negarawan Britania Raya dan politikus Liberal yang menjabat sebagai Perdana Menteri Britania Raya dari 1908 sampai 1916.
