Iohannis Orientalis

Iohannis Orientalis (bahasa Yunani: Ιωάννης ο Καππαδόκης) adalah seorang praefecti praetorio Orientis (532–541) di Kekaisaran Romawi Timur pada masa kekuasaan Kaisar Yustinianus I. Ia juga merupakan seorang patrisian dan consul ordinarius pada tahun 538.^[1]

Pada tahun 529, ia terpilih untuk mengepalai komisi yang merevisi undang-undang Romawi Kuno yang saat ini dikenal dengan nama Corpus Juris Civilis.
