Jessica Lucy "Decca" Freeman-Mitford (11 September 1917 – 23 Juli 1996) adalah penulis Inggris, salah satu keluarga bangsawan Mitford bersaudari yang terkenal karena pandangan politik mereka yang sangat keras.

Jessica menikahi sepupu keduanya, Esmond Romilly, yang gugur dalam Perang Dunia II, dan kemudian menikah dengan pengacara HAM berkebangsaan Amerika, Robert Treuhaft, yang mengajaknya bergabung dengan Partai Komunis Amerika Serikat dan berhubungan erat dengan Kongres Hak Asasi Manusia. Keduanya menolak untuk bersaksi di hadapan House Un-American Activities Committee. Mereka mengundurkan diri dari partai pada tahun 1958.

Memoarnya tahun 1960 berjudul Hons and Rebels dan bukunya tahun 1963 mengenai komentar sosial, The American Way of Death, telah dianggap sebagai salah satu karya sastra klasik.
