Mowgli /ˈmaʊɡli/ adalah sebuah karakter fiksi dan protagonis dari kumpulan cerpen Rudyard Kipling The Jungle Book. Ia adalah seorang anak yang tinggal di kawasan Pench, Seoni, India, yang aslinya tampil dalam cerpen Kipling "In the Rukh" (dikumpulkan dalam Many Inventions, 1893) dan kemudian menjadi karakter terkenal dalam kumpulan cerpennya The Jungle Book dan The Second Jungle Book (1894–1895), yang juga menampilkan cerpen-cerpen tentang karakter lainnya.[1]
