Dari tahun 1867 sampai 1905, Muhlenberg College berlokasi di Allentown's Trout Hall, sebuah gedung besar yang dibangun pada tahun 1770 oleh James Allen, putra William Allen. Kampus Muhlenberg yang sekarang resmi dibuka pada tahun 1905.
