Orang Khmer Utara (Bahasa Khmer: ជនជាតិខ្មែរខាងជើង; Thai: เขมรเหนือcode: th is deprecated ) atau dalam percakapan sehari-hari disebut orang Thailand keturunan Khmer (Thai: ชาวไทยเชื้อสายเขมรcode: th is deprecated );[2] lebih sering disebut Khmer Surin (Khmer: ខ្មែរសុរិន Thai: เขมรสุรินทร์) adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk menyebut etnik Khmer yang berasal dari wilayah Isan di Thailand Timur Laut.[3][4]
