Robert Lawrence Eichelberger (9 Maret 1886 – 26 September 1961) adalah seorang perwira jenderal dalam Angkatan Darat Amerika Serikat yang mengkomandani Eighth United States Army dalam Kawasan Pasifik Barat Daya saat Perang Dunia II.

Angkatan tahun 1909 dari United States Military Academy di West Point, ia bertugas di Panama dan di perbatasan Meksiko sebelum bergabung dengan Pasukan Ekspedisioner Amerika Siberia pada 1918. Ia dianugerahi Distinguished Service Cross atas tindakan berani berulang di Siberia. Setelah perang, ia ditransfer ke Korps Ajudan Jenderal. Ia masuk Command and General Staff College dan Army War College, dan menjadi Sekretaris Perang di Departemen Staf Jenderal, bekerja untuk Ketua Staf Angkatan Darat Amerika Serikat, Jenderal Douglas MacArthur.
