Rispetto alla stagione precedente si aggiunsero due nuove franchigie, i Brooklyn Kings e i Pennsylvania ValleyDawgs. I Jacksonville Barracudas si rinominarono Gulf Coast Sundogs, mentre i Columbus Cagerz si trasferirono a Salina, diventando i Kansas Cagerz. I Camden Power si sciolsero.
