Vernon Maxwell (Gainesville, 12 settembre 1965) è un ex cestista statunitense, professionista nella NBA.
Carriera
Selezionato dai Denver Nuggets al secondo giro del Draft NBA 1988 (47ª scelta assoluta), la sua carriera è ricordata principalmente per gli anni ai Houston Rockets. Buon giocatore ma non accompagnata da una buona testa, spesso protagonista di risse, la più celebre è quella dove un tifoso lo stava provocando dagli spalti e lui si alzo dalla panchina per andare da lui e lo colpì con un pugno e gli ruppe la mascella.[1]
