ダニエル・アーチブージ

ダニエル・アーキブージ（伊: Daniele Archibugi、1958年 - ）は、イタリア・ローマ生まれの政治経済学者。技術の変容における政治・経済政策、国際関係論ならびにグローバリゼーションに関する政治理論の研究に従事。

経歴　

ローマ大学経済学部卒業後、イギリス・サセックス大学でPh.D取得。サセックス大学、ケンブリッジ大学、ローマ大学教授、ロンドン・スクール・オブ・エコノミクス（LSE）、ハーバード大学での客員教授などを経て、現在イタリア国立研究評議会教授ならびにロンドン大学バークベック校教授。

映画監督フランチェスカ・アーキブージ（Francesca Archibugi）は彼の妹、また国際政治学者マティアス・アーキブージは彼の弟にあたる。

コスモポリタンデモクラシー　

デイビッド・ヘルドらと並んで、コスモポリタン民主主義研究の重要人物。国際連合、EUなどの国際機構の民主化の提唱など、民主的規範のグローバル政治への適用を提唱。またG8、G20などを非民主的であると批判し、透明性向上の必要性などを強く主張。彼は、直接選挙によって代表者が選ばれる国際連合議会会議の提唱者のひとりでもある。
