Socotra atau Soqotra (Arab: سُقُطْرَىcode: ar is deprecated ) merupakan sebuah kepulauan yang terdiri daripada empat buah pulau yang terletak di selatan Yaman di Lautan Hindi. Pulau ini terletak di antara sempadan Yaman dan Somalia di Teluk Aden, 190 batu nautika (220 bt; 350 km) di selatan Semenanjung Arab. [1] Kepulauan ini sangat terpencil, sehingga 1/3 daripada floranya tidak boleh ditemui di tempat lain selain di kepulauan ini.

Socotra merupakan sebahagian dari wilayah Republik Yaman. Pulau ini sudah lama menjadi sebahagian Kerajaan 'Adan, namun pada tahun 2004 menyertai Kerajaan Hadhramaut, yang lebih dekat ke kepulauan tersebut berbanding Adan (walaupun kerajaan yang terdekat adalah Al-Mahrah).
