Yu gergaji ialah ahli order yu (Pristiophoriformes) yang mempunyai rostrum (hidung atau paruh) yang panjang menyerupai gergaji, dihiasi dengan gigi tajam yang digunakan untuk menghiris dan melumpuhkan mangsanya.
