Athlitiki Enosi Lemesou, gresk: Αθλητική Ένωση Λεμεσού er en kypriotisk idrettsklubb fra øyas nest største by, havnebyen Limassol. Klubben har aktiviteter innen flere idrettsgrener, men særlig fotballavdelingen og basketavdelingen er de mest kjente. Basketlaget er det eneste fra Kupros som har vunnet en europeisk turnering
Innen fotball senior har AEL vunnet 6 seriemesterskap, 6 cupmesterskap og 3 supercuper i de innenlandske turneringene.
Foruten fotball og basket, har klubben også avdelinger med bowling, volleyball og sykling.
