Ashland County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Wisconsin. Det ligger nord i staten ved Øvresjøen (Lake Superior) og grenser mot Iron County i øst, Price County i sørøst, Sawyer County i sørvest og mot Bayfield County i nordvest.

Ashland Countys totale areal er 5 941 km² hvorav 3 237 km² er vann. I 2000 hadde fylket 16 866 innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Ashland^[1] som også er fylkets største by.

Fylket har fått sitt navn etter senator Henry Clays gård Ashland i delstaten Kentucky.
