Mohale's Hoek er et av ti distrikter i Lesotho. Det ligger sør i landet og grenser til distriktene Mafeteng i nordvest, Maseru i nord, Thaba-Tseka i nordøst, Qacha's Nek i øst og Quthing i øst. Administrasjonssenteret er byen Mohale's Hoek. Distriktet hadde 176 928 innbyggere ved folketellingen i 2006.[1]
Distriktet ble opprettet i 1910.[2] Det har navn etter en yngre bror av kong Moshoeshoe I.[3]
