DCMP deaminaza (EC 3.5.4.12, dezoksicitidilatna deaminaza, dezoksi-CMP-deaminaza, dezoksicitidilatna aminohidrolaza, dezoksicitidin monofosfatna deaminaza, dezoksicitidin-5'-fosfatna deaminaza, dezoksicitidin-5'-monofosfatna aminohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dCMP aminohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

dCMP + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } dUMP + NH3

Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na pojedina 5-supstituisana dCMP jedinjenja.
