Geraniol 8-hidroksilaza (EC 1.14.13.152, CYP76B6, G10H, CrG10H, SmG10H) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geraniol,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (8-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

geraniol + NADPH + H+ + O2 {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } (6E)-8-hidroksigeraniol + NADP+ + H2O

Ovaj enzim koristi citohrom P-450. On takođe deluje na nerol i citronelol.
